This website describes services offered by Anirudh Poojary, trading as CloutSecure as a sole proprietor. Enquiries: hello@cloutsecure.com. The contracting operator’s full details are provided before a paid engagement.
Initial enquiries and paid work
An initial scoping enquiry is free. It is not a free technical audit, account inspection, personalized risk score or promise of a report. Paid work begins only after a written scope, fee and delivery arrangements have been agreed.
The written quotation identifies the accounts, systems, people, review criteria, evidence, exclusions, deliverables and follow-up included. It also states the project fee in INR, any applicable taxes, payment arrangements, timing, and cancellation or refund terms. Ask for clarification before accepting it.
What a review establishes
A controls review records findings and recommendations based on the agreed evidence and review period. It identifies limitations and unverified points. It does not establish that an account or system is completely secure, free of compromise or protected against every future incident.
This service is not an accredited ISO certification audit and does not issue an ISO certificate. A personal auditor qualification is separate from certification of CloutSecure or a client’s management system.
Service boundaries
The initial offer is a scheduled review. It does not include 24/7 monitoring, an emergency response commitment, a dedicated round-the-clock analyst, guaranteed recovery, cloud-storage provision, migration or unlimited support. Any implementation or continuing service requires a separate agreed scope.
Account recovery, appeals and restoration decisions are controlled by the relevant platform. If an account is being taken over, use the platform’s official recovery process promptly rather than waiting for a CloutSecure response.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information and only authorize work on accounts or systems you are entitled to manage. Share only necessary, authorized evidence. Keep passwords, OTPs, recovery codes and tokens private. Changes, if separately agreed, require appropriate authorization and consideration of access, backup and recovery consequences.
Fees and continuing support
The current review offer uses a project quotation; requesting information does not start a subscription. Follow-up is limited to what is stated in the agreed scope. Additional work, third-party software, hardware or storage costs must be identified and agreed separately.
Confidentiality and personal information
Evidence access, confidentiality, handling and retention are agreed for the engagement before assessment material is shared. The public enquiry process is described in the Privacy Policy.
Questions and complaints
Contact hello@cloutsecure.com with a scope, billing or service concern. Any existing signed engagement remains governed by its agreed terms; this page does not silently amend it. Nothing on this page is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
